I heard a story of workers that met regularly with a group of ten people but were afraid to call it a fellowship. Fellowship formation is part of our calling and anointing. Yet the picture of what a new fellowship resembles is most likely closer to the house fellowships in the Book of Acts than of the mega churches many people come from. How seekers and believers are gathered and empowered must be covered. Who should baptize the new believers? Their old ways of answering societal questions need to be reexamined in light of the Word of God, deciding what is kept, altered, or forsaken.
