Cultural anthropology opens topics like kinship systems and family grouping. Differences in worldview throughout the earth are so important to recognize, as is the otherworld nature of the Gospel we present. Is our communication based upon what we hear ourselves say, or upon what the listener hears? A study of anthropology opens the candidate to the realities of relating the news of the Messiah to people with a very different personal makeup from the sending group.
